Single deep
The most common and least expensive system: it consists of placing the pallets in single row or back-to-back configuration.

Double deep
Requiring a double deep reach truck, this system allows to store pallets two rows deep instead of one, increasing the number of pallets accessible from the aisle.

Drive-in / Drive-thru
The drive-in/thru static system consists of supporting the pallets by the corners (without beams) using rails allowing the forklift to go inside the structure.

Push Back
Push back systems have carts mounted on wheels on which the pallet is deposited. Once the first pallet is in place, the forklift uses the second pallet to push the first one.

Pallet flow
This inclined system equipped with rails, incorporating wheels and brakes, ensures that the pallet will move itself from deposit to picking point.

Carton flow
Similar to the dynamic accumulation system, it is used on a smaller scale to handle cardboard boxes. Often installed on lower floors and arranged with other pallet systems above.

Pallet Racking Systems Meeting Your Requirements!

Whether for a bolted or welded system, each proposal will include plans and / or drawings approved by one of our engineers.
While respecting the codes and standards in force, the storage systems are designed and tested by a team of experienced engineers with the desire to meet the specific needs of each client. Our welders, who are accredited by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB), also contribute their expertise to the manufacture of a quality product.
At Cresswell Industries, we guarantee the grade and thickness of the steel of all our products by sourcing only from major Canadian mills. ISO 9001:2015 certified, we ensure that all our storage systems meet the requirements of the CSA and RMI standards as well as the seismic standards of each region. Our customer list, the result of more than 65 years of experience in the production of various steel products, also testifies to the reliability of our products.
